All massages are customized to the clients needs. Using varying pressures from light, medium or firm and differing techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, orthopedic, pain relief and trigger point. Deep tissue massage will be more focused with orthopedic techniques and localized stretching. Each massage is designed for the individual clients needs and concerns,  to ensure you are receiving the highest quality treatment and leave feeling refreshed and pain free.
